Branch Manager (Hilton Head Island, SC)The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operations of the branch business unit. Director of Operational ExcellenceThe Director of Operational Excellence will partner with Field Leadership, Branch/Regional Managers, Human Resource Manager, IT and other functional teams to drive operational excellence and create a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. The Director role has a specific focus on our main lines of business (Maintenance, Irrigation, Chemical, Floral, and Hardscapes). LANDSCAPE PROJECT MANAGER
The Greenery is seeking a Landscape Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the administration and installation of large or specialty landscape projects in the Bluffton, SC/Hilton Head Island, SC/Savannah, GA area.
Responsibilities include:
– Supervising project managers
– Field personnel
– Managing subcontractors
– Overseeing projects to substantial completion and through the warranty period
– Communicating with customers and project architects
– Maintaining quality standards.
Other duties include:
– Business development
– Setting up projects
– Reporting weekly and monthly
– Managing equipment
– Labor billing
– Collecting receivables
Requirements:
At least 2 years of operations management experience.

IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN
Main Function: Troubleshoot field issues such as valves not working, bad solenoids, cut wires, and bad modules. Candidate must have experience in operating a locator, wiring and re-wiring irrigation clocks and programming decoders.
Skills/Qualifications: Must have experience with two wire and common wire systems. Must be able to install and program irrigation clocks/controllers. Qualified candidates must be able to perform job responsibilities that require physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Minimum 1 year experience with irrigation or 4 or more years’ experience in the green industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.

PLANT HEALTHCARE TECHNICIAN
Main Function: Assuring the health and aesthetic quality of all ornamental shrubs, trees and turf through proper horticultural applications.
Specific Duties: The Spray Techs responsibilities include: responsible and safe application of both granular and liquid fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides in adherence to all local and state regulations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience with chemical or spray applications or 4 or more years’ experience in the green industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Pesticide applicators license or in process
- Valid driver’s license

CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May install sod, raking and grading, plant trees and shrubs, clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May use landscaping tools or operate heavy equipment as needed. LANDSCAPE CREWMEN
Main Function: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using power tools or equipment. Landscapers typically perform an assortment of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing plants, installing pine straw/mulch, digging and raking.
Specific Duties:
- Mows and trims lawns, using hand mower or power mower.
- Trims shrubs and improves gardens.
- Cleans grounds, using rakes and hose.
- May use landscaping tools or operate heavy equipment as needed.
- Adhere to Company’s safety policy and ensure that the public and co-workers will be safe while performing job duties.
