Safety Starts Before the Work Begins
- Every morning, our teams gather at Dispatch to prepare for the day ahead
- We begin with stretching exercises to help prevent injuries
- Followed by reciting our Safety Pledge
- Teams discuss the day’s tasks, identify potential hazards, before heading to job sites
- Review the safety procedures necessary to complete the work safely and efficiently
Safety Education
Safety requires continuous learning and preparation. Throughout the year, our teams participate in Safety Rodeos that include ongoing education, hands-on training and emergency response drills designed to prepare them for a wide range of situations.
From severe weather preparedness and heat-related illness prevention to equipment operation and property protection, our Safety Rodeos help ensure that our teams are educated and prepared no matter what challenges might arise.
